DTPA Fe 11%
Chemical composition: Iron (Fe): 11%
Description:
DTPA (diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid complex) forms a stronger complex with iron tha the similar EDTA. The Fe-DTPA complex is stable in a PH range of 4-7. More and more, Fe DTPA is seen as the standard source of iron in fertigation.
Advantage:
1. DTPA Fe 11% is a premium grade DTPA chelated iron fertiliser;
2. More stable than EDTA Fe at higher pH’s;
3. Low sodium content – ideal for recirculating systems;
4. Supplied as free – flowing, dustless readily soluble microgranules;
5. Can be used in fertigation, as a foliar fertilizer or as nutrient in NPKS.
6. Compatible with soluble phosphated thereby remaining effective in hydroponics and liquid feed systems.
Uses: An iron micronutrient source for hydroponics, liquid feed solutions and soilless growing media.
Composition:
Spray agglomerated microgranule formulation of ferric sodium diethylenetriamine penta acetate ( Fe DTPA) containing:
Water soluble Fe: 11.0%
Fe chelated by DTPA: min 10.5%
Practical pH stability range: 4-7.5 (in aqueous solution).
